Proper preparation before your treatment and mindful care afterward are essential to achieving the best possible results. On this page, you’ll find simple guidelines to help you get ready for your session, support your skin’s natural healing, and enjoy long-lasting benefits from your treatment.

Pre-Treatment Preparation

Before Your Treatment

☐ Tell us about your medical history, medications, and skin concerns.
☐ Avoid sunburns, tanning, or tanning beds for 1 week.
☐ Stop using retinoids, glycolic acids, or harsh exfoliants 3–5 days prior.
☐ Do not schedule peels, lasers, or injectables in the week before treatment.
☐ Arrive with clean skin – no makeup, lotions, perfumes, or sunscreen.
☐ Stay hydrated and eat a light meal before your appointment.
☐ Remove jewelry or piercings near the treatment area.

Post-Treatment Care

After Your Treatment

☐ Expect mild redness, swelling, or tingling – this is normal and temporary.
☐ Avoid touching, scratching, or rubbing the treated area.
☐ Use gentle cleansers and moisturizers for 24–48 hours.
☐ Skip hot showers, saunas, and heavy workouts for 24 hours.
☐ Avoid makeup for at least 12 hours post-treatment.
☐ Apply SPF 30+ daily and limit sun exposure.
☐ Results will improve gradually over 2–3 months.
