Welcome to Halé Beauty Hawaii (HBH). These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and policies that apply to all clients receiving skincare treatments at our Honolulu location. By booking an appointment, attending a consultation, or undergoing treatment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Our goal is to ensure safety, transparency, and exceptional client care while protecting both clients and HBH staff. Please read carefully before booking or undergoing any procedure.

1. Eligibility & Client Responsibilities

Clients must be 18 years or older to book treatments.

Photo identification may be required at check-in.

Clients must provide complete and accurate medical history during consultation, including medications, allergies, past procedures, and health conditions.

HBH reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

2. Booking & Payment Policies

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.

A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your session.

Full payment is due at the time of service.

HBH accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee equal to part or all of the booked service.

HBH reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment service, staff illness, emergencies).

4. Treatment Disclaimer

HBH offers non-invasive skincare treatments, including HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound). Results vary depending on individual skin type, age, and adherence to aftercare.

No guarantee of specific results is made.

Clients acknowledge treatments are cosmetic in nature and not a substitute for medical care.

HBH does not treat conditions that require medical or surgical intervention.

5. Pre-Treatment Preparation

Clients must follow all pre-treatment guidelines, which may include:

Staying well-hydrated in the days leading up to treatment.

Avoiding excessive sun exposure, tanning, or chemical peels prior to treatment.

Arriving with clean skin free from makeup, lotions, or oils.

Informing HBH of any recent cosmetic procedures, medications, or health changes.

Failure to follow preparation guidelines may affect treatment eligibility or outcomes.

6. Post-Treatment Care

HBH provides each client with detailed aftercare instructions. These typically include:

Hydrating skin and drinking plenty of water.

Avoiding excessive sun exposure and using SPF daily.

Avoiding saunas, steam rooms, or vigorous exercise for 24–48 hours.

Refraining from additional cosmetic treatments until cleared by HBH staff.

Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions to maximize results and minimize risks.

7. Refunds & Returns

Treatments and deposits are non-refundable once services are provided.

Retail products may only be returned if unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds or credits for services may only be issued in cases of documented medical contraindications preventing treatment.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

HBH complies with HIPAA and privacy standards.

Client records, consultation forms, and treatment history are kept confidential.

Information may only be shared with third parties when required by law or with client consent.

9. Risks & Informed Consent

All treatments carry some degree of risk, including redness, swelling, bruising, or temporary discomfort.

Rare complications may occur, and HBH staff will review these risks during consultation.

Clients must sign an informed consent form prior to treatment, acknowledging understanding of risks and benefits.

10. Liability Waiver

By receiving services at HBH, clients agree to release and hold harmless Halé Beauty Hawaii, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liability arising out of treatment, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.

11. Policy Changes

HBH reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website and at our reception desk.
